• With custom design and build it is inevitable that there will be variations.  You will have heard the horror stories regarding variations when using a volume builder – so have we!  We understand variations are part of the custom home market and will treat you fairly with all variations and guarantee you won’t be charged the “penalty fees” the volume builders get away with.
